The IT Assistance Center (ITAC) can help you resolve problems with campus technology (e.g., Internet connectivity, usernames and passwords, university network outages, peripheral equipment issues, desktop software/hardware, etc.). Get support from ITAC.
If you have technical issues that you cannot resolve through ITAC, please describe the problem in an e-mail to your instructor or in a post to a discussion forum in your course site.
